ORDER PLACEMENT

If you order through the website:

To add the items you want to the cart, use “ADD TO CART” button. After filling in the contact information, you need to pay for the order.

If you want to pay for the order after clarifying the details, then select the function “Pre-order”. We will get the request and contact you by mail.

After we agree on a commercial offer, we will issue an invoice. Once we receive your payment, we will advise you about the shipment date.

If you place your order via email, social networks or Telegram:

Email us a list of items you are interested in with quantities, colors and dimensions (where applicable)
to eshop@aesthetic-objects.com. We will reply within 24 hours.

After we agree on a commercial offer, we will issue an invoice. Once we receive your payment, we will advise you about the shipment date.

PAYMENT

Payment methods

We work with 100% prepayment.
Payment is made on the website.

If you want to pay for your order as a legal entity, we will send you an invoice (for this you will need to provide details of the company).

Split payment conditions are discussed individually. Split payment consists of the first payment of 70% of the full price to start production, and the second payment of the rest 30% before shipping.

Markups & Discounts

Prices for objects in individual RAL CLASSIC color have 30% markup on all products regardless of quantity

When ordering from 6 items of the same color, there is a 10% discount on the entire order

SHIPPING

Shipping for individuals is calculated automatically in the cart, based on the quantity and dimensions of the object(s) (which are automatically taken into account in the calculation)

Shipping for legal entities is calculated manually on based on the quantity and dimensions of the object(s).

Shipping is paid in advance in the amount of 100%

DPD shipping number is sent automatically to your email after the payment on the site.

Shipping throughout Russia and abroad is carried out by DPD shipping service.

PRODUCTION

Standard manufacturing time is from 25 working days after receiving the payment. In case of high production load and large quantity of the order, the period may be increased.

Goods in stock are shipped from the warehouse within 3 busyness days after receiving the payment.

It is technically impossible to complete the order faster than the stated deadlines, so we cannot speed up the deadline for an additional fee.

WEAR RESISTANCE OF THE PAINT COATING:

The coating of the products can be damaged by careless use: it can be scratched, crumpled or chipped. The service life depends on the conditions of use.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

Self-Assembly
The POINT STOOL and ANGLE CHAIR are shipped unassembled, with all the necessary parts and instructions inside the package.
POINT BAR STOOL, POINT SEMI BAR STOOL, DIAGONAL BOOK HOLDER and VERTICAL SIDE TABLE are shipped assembled.

We package all of our products with polyethylene foam and stretch wrap. An individual packaging is used for each product.

PRODUCT COLOR AND CUSTOMIZATION

Our signature style has 10 ready-made color solutions:

We can also produce custom colors based on your RAL(s). Note that some colors may not be available from suppliers. In this case we will offer you to choose an alternative. Verification of color availability is made after payment of your order.
Custom solutions do not apply to the upholstered items.
We do not paint our products according to the RAL Design, NCS or other catalogs, as we use polymer powder coatings, which are only available in the RAL Classic catalog.
